"It could have been fate that brought me here. It may have just been the feelings that were boiling inside of me. I couldn't figure it out exactly. I had nothing to be upset about, nothing to be angry about. Alas, it would seem that even on days when I should be nothing but happy and joyful, I still couldn't get my head straight. I thought maybe spending sometime in the park, just playing my guitar, that should help. I always play guitar when I get down, it always seems to help. I love the sound that rumbles from those perfect steel strings."
He sat there strumming his guitar softly, the sun held high in the sky. People ran through the park, couples nuzzled each other, like there was no one else in the world. To them it was so damn perfect. To Leon it wasn't damn perfect, the world seemed to have everything wrong with it. The only thing that did go right, was that he had somehow managed to get into this school, where music could be his whole life. It was his whole life, he just had to embrace it better, or so you'd think. However, switching back from G major from E minor then back again, he allowed his thoughts to drift.
Softly, breathing and out, he closed his eyes, and his strums became much vivid and stronger, the notes ringing louder. However in his head, the notes seemed to drift away. His depression was getting the better of him. Drifting away, silence began to fill his world. His arm stopped, and his guitar then silenced. He sat there, head down, almost dead looking. His thoughts were toppling his emotions. A single tear dropped from his left eye. That was all it took. Snapping back to life, his guitar toppled to the floor, smacking against the grass gently.
Sighing softly, he reached down to pick up. Gazing around he placing it back in it's case, and sighed. Running a hand through his hair, he swept it back to the left and lowered his hands. Obviously, someone would eventually come to bother him. It didn't matter at the moment. Someone to talk to would be good.

Maria Alastar walked through the park that day, not knowing who she might run into. She hoped it would be a really cute guy. 'Yeah, cute guy might be good. I don't wanna get rusty with my seducing skills. I have to keep up my image in the school.' she thought as she went down a little path. It was then that she heard the strumming of a guitar. It attracted her like a moth is attracted to a light. She loved the guitar. To her, a guitar was like a piece of candy and the strings were its flavors. You could make many different tastes with each cord and you could mix the flavors when you played a melody.
Her feet carried her to a tree that was a few feet away from a bench where a really cute boy was sitting. She never seen him before, but that didn't matter to her. A boy was a boy, and this boy might just end up being one of her normal boy toys. 'Friend with benefits, not a boy toy.' she reminded herself as she watched him silently. He dropped his guitar which made her instantly start walking over to him. As he picked it up, she was standing infront of him. "Hey, I heard you playing. It was really good." she said to him in her silky velvet voice.
Maria knew what she was doing before the words even escaped her mouth. It was her strongest talent other than music: seduction. She had been able to seduce a couple of boys from the school already, but she knew she hadn't seen him in school. He must be new and the nicest thing to do was to show him around. 'Around my clothes, bedroom, and under my covers.' she thought as she tilted her head a little and smiled. "I'm Maria Rosalie Alastar. Just call me Maria. So, what's your name cutie? I don't think I've ever seen you around here." she introduced herself to him.
Soon, he would probably be wrapped around her finger like the other boys she seduced before. It was her favorite thing to do is play with a boy's heart and break it then fix it and break it again. 'A never ending cycle.' was her very thought as she looked at him, seeing if he would fall right into her web of seduction.

"Seriously, what's wrong with me? What kind of grown guy, sheds a tear, over something he doesn't even understand? I don't even know what's got me down, so how the hell am I crying about it? My life is fucked. Blame dad and his drinking for that too Leon, that way you can chalk up the five hundredth thing about your crummy life you blame on him. You can blame him for it, all, but it doesn't help you. Gotta get my head straight, gotta start thinking about school. I got here, because I'm one of the best! No one in the world can sing, scream of play like me. Like a bee to a flower, like a flower to the ground and like guys to girls, it's meant to be."
Before zipping the case closed, he noticed something, something rather odd. The neck of his trusty pal, had a hairline crack through it. Nothing overly to worry about, but through Leon's eyes, it was something definitely to worry about. "Oh crap! That's bad, very, very bad! What if it gets bigger, or longer? The neck might snap! Shit! Why does this shit always happen to me?
Before he could worry too much about it however, he was approached, by someone. A girl to be exact, a girl called Maria to be even more exact. Oh what a wonderful thing for Leon. He could waste words upon her tart-like brain, and then tell her to piss off. Well, he would if he had the balls to. However, Leon was always pretty quite, and didn't waste words often. It wasn't worth wasting words on those who didn't deserve them. Yet he could indulge her if not for a few moments.
"Trucose, Leon Penn. I just moved here from New Jersey. I just got into the Academy of Music. That could rightfully be where he stops being nice, and tells her to piss off. Yet he didn't want to piss anyone off in this new city....yet. It just wasn't something he had planned, to talk to this girl, when he was having a crisis with his guitar. He needed to get that crack filled. Maybe one of the teachers at the college could help. He'd only find out in time.

Maria smiled at the guy as she noticed the crack on his guitar neck. “Here, I always have a way to fix a guitar.” she said as she pulled out something to fix the damage on the instrument. She might as well start her plan nicely instead of forcingly. Slowly, Maria started fixing the guitar until it was good as new almost. “There you go Leon, all fixed.” she said to him, giving him one of her seductive smiles. She was going to have this boy tied around her pinky soon, or so she hoped. She stood up and looked at the dark-headed boy, tilting her head ever so cutely.
“So you just moved here huh? Well, then I should welcome you Los Angeles.” she smirked a little. “Unless you want a less innocent way of a welcome.” she murmered to him in a voice most girls where to innocent to use. Maria wanted him, she lusted for him but she wasn’t going to let her lust take over just yet until they were somewhere less public. Maria blinked a little and tilted her head again. “So Leon, what kind of music do you play?” she asked him, wanting to know.
She silently waited for him to answer. Soon, she decided to ask the most critical question in her small plan. “Wanna go somewhere more private? I mean, all these people here must make you feel very uncomfortable.” she said, giving him a sexy smile. Hopefully he would agree to somewhere more private. She could take him to her dorm room at the school since all students have access to their dorms in any part of the year. ‘Dorm room would be most perfect. We could be alone then.’ she thought as she looked at him, wanting him to agree.
